Best breakfast selection ever!

The hotel had a charming atmosphere with comfortable rooms and great breakfast options, including delicious waffles. However, the lack of attention from some staff during check-in was disappointing, and the pool area had ongoing renovations. Overall, a pleasant stay worth considering for future trips.

Had a great experience at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Longview North! The room was spacious and clean, and I loved the cozy setup with a microwave and fridge. The breakfast was impressive, with a variety of options including delicious biscuits and gravy. The staff was friendly and helpful during my stay.

However, the Wi-Fi connection was frustratingly slow, often disconnecting, and there was a lack of urgency when I inquired about the pool being closed for maintenance after a long travel day. The dullness of some furnishings, like scratched end tables, detracted from the overall experience.

holiday inn express & suites longview north, an ihg is a fantastic spot for a quick stay. the modern and clean environment really sets the tone for relaxation. the breakfast was incredible, with a huge selection including biscuits and gravy, multiple types of sausage, and delicious cinnamon rolls. The staff was especially great. the lady managing breakfast was super friendly and kept everything tidy. there’s also a gym and whirlpool available.

The indoor pool situation was a letdown, as it remained closed during my visit without any clear updates on repairs, just an empty promise of upcoming maintenance. Room lighting left much to be desired. the absence of a mirror near the desk made getting ready a hassle, especially with the poor lighting conditions for basic grooming. Additionally, the power outlets were frustratingly placed—none near the desk but a four-plug outlet sat uselessly above the luggage rack, which didn’t make any sense. An odd architectural decision if you ask me.

The room was super spacious and comfy. It was clean and modern. The beds were great, making it easy to catch some solid sleep. Only downside was I felt like the shower could've used a little more water pressure. Overall, nice place to chill after a long day.
